Job Title Field ExecutiveKey Responsibilities Customer Interaction Relationship Management Visit customers for loan sourcing document collection and verification Maintain healthy relationships with borrowers to ensure trust and long-term association Provide information about loan products schemes repayment terms and eligibility Business Development Loan Sourcing Identify potential customers in the field for various loan products personal loan vehicle loan gold loan business loan etc Achieve monthly loan disbursement and collection targets Generate leads through market visits references and local contacts Documentation Verification Collect KYC documents income proofs and other required papers from customers Conduct field verification of applicants residence business employment verification Ensure accuracy and authenticity of documents submitted by the customers Collection Recovery Visit customers for EMI collection in case of cash-based repayment Follow up with overdue customers for timely payment Coordinate with collection recovery team for delinquent accounts Reporting Coordination Update daily visit reports lead status and collection details to the Branch Manager Assist branch staff in processing customer files Maintain proper records of customer interactions and payments collected Compliance Policies Ensure all field activities are carried out as per NBFC policies and RBI regulations Maintain confidentiality of customer data Avoid malpractices and adhere to company s code of conduct Market Awareness Feedback Gather market intelligence on competitor products pricing and customer preferences Provide feedback to management for improvement in products and processes Job Type Full time Pay 15 578 00 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
