We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee a large-scale township development project in Malappuram Kerala The ideal candidate should come with a strong civil engineering background significant exposure to multinational work environments and proven leadership skills in managing site activities contractors vendors meeting timelines and quality standards Location Malappuram Kerala India Experience Required 5 to 10 years Preferably with experience in multinational companies Education B E B Tech in Civil Engineering Mandatory Degree in Management Bachelors Masters will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations for township infrastructure development Coordinate with contractors consultants architects and internal teams Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental standards Monitor project progress budgets and timelines Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings Manage subcontractors and ensure execution aligns with project specifications Implement project management best practices and suggest process improvements Liaise with procurement and planning teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources negotiate with vendors to finalize the deal Maintain accurate site documentation including DPRs labor reports QA QC records etc Handle client interactions technical meetings and site audits Suggest cost effective ways of construction without compromising with Quality Required Skills Competencies Robust understanding of civil construction techniques for villas residential apartments IT centers convention centers five-star hotels landscaping etc Proficient in project management tools MS Project Primavera AutoCAD etc Knowledge of local building codes and construction norms Excellent communication and team leadership abilities Experience working in multinational construction companies on township projects is highly desirable Fluency in English Malayalam is a must Hindi proficiency is an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 8 086 00 - 45 591 82 per month Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred
