Purpose of the Role The role exists to provide financial inputs to Strategy Ecosystem Management Sustainability CVP Business Transformation IB departments for both TMPV TPEM entities - Collaborating with business stakeholders to help deliver business targets and achieving performance excellence while ensuring effective cost controls maintaining valuable financial hygiene with full statutory compliances Job Responsibility Business Partnering for formulating schemes policies business cases providing support to resolve financial issues queries driving Strategic Alliances Business Transformation initiatives as Finance SPOC and acting as a bridge between business other departments like FP A controlling taxation TMLBSL GL teams Controlling Monitoring Budgeting of expenses for all strategic areas including Ecosystem Partnerships Sustainability Business Transformation CVP workstreams at PAN India level and IB areas including VME FME and other fixed costs Preparation of Monthly Fortnightly MIS Variance Analysis with regular governance reporting to respective stakeholders and Schedules required for management audit compliance along with regrouping entries other JVs as per accounting compliance requirement of Direct tax IDT GST SOX IND AS and statutory audits etc Evaluation of key business processes transactions for potential weakness risks and putting in additional controls either through automation or by strengthening the review mechanism Tracking maintaining Cash Conserved Generated Other Benefit Realised Spend Effectiveness for all strategic areas while also identifying improvement opportunities for cost saving margin improvement FP A role to drive financial performance and business growth for PV EV International Business Liaison with Internal and external auditors to provide all necessary support for smooth and timely completion of statutory audit with nil audit observations Stakeholder Profiles Nature of Interactions Internal Business Stakeholders - Partnering with Business team to help maintain dominant position in the market FP A and Controlling team - Budgeting Monitoring Controlling Expenses with scrutiny of related GLs CCs SIO UIC tracking provision accuracy monitoring of entries and timely action for necessary correction Taxation - Co-ordination with direct indirect taxation teams for query resolution TMBSL - Governance of work transitioned to team day to day operations and review with teams wherever applicable IT - Co-ordination with teams for system configuration for ease of business P SQ - Purchase requisitions deal negotiations before vendor finalisation Plant Finance RFMS Operations - Plant Region related coordination for provisions payout reconciliations along with other Ad Hoc requirements Legal Internal Auditors - Consultation on control improvements issue resolutions External Vendor Partners - Strategic Subscriptions Sustainability and Business Transformation Collaborations Partnerships Tata Power Other CPOs Dealerships - EV ecosystem partnerships including expansion of EV exclusive network charging solutions Tata Communications - CVP Data consumption tracking pay-outs Tata Digital - EV Unified Payment Wallet Coordination External Auditors - Liaison with external statutory auditors while ensuring nil audit observations Desired Candidate Profile Preferred industry experience Automobile Manufacturing Educational qualifications CA or MBA Finance Relevant Experience 2 to 6years Skills Competencies Financial Stakeholder Management Business Acumen Customer Centricity Driving Execution Interpersonal Skills
