Key Responsibilities 1 Production Supervision Plan assign and monitor daily production schedules Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and utilized effectively Coordinate with stores maintenance and quality teams for uninterrupted workflow 2 Team Management Supervise operators fitters welders helpers and other shop-floor staff Train and guide workers on assembly fabrication and safety practices Allocate manpower according to workload and skill requirements 3 Quality Control Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards Conduct in-process inspections and resolve defects quality issues promptly Liaise with the QA QC team to ensure final products meet customer requirements 4 Safety Compliance Ensure all safety guidelines and company policies are followed on the shop floor Conduct regular toolbox talks and enforce PPE usage Report and investigate accidents incidents 5 Reporting Coordination Maintain production records daily progress reports and shift logs Report production achievements delays or issues to management Qualifications Skills Solid leadership communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of production planning quality systems and safety standards Hands-on experience in fabrication welding and assembly processes preferred Key Attributes Ability to manage a team effectively Results-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines Good analytical and organizational skills Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Work Location In person
