Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure financial integrity across all business functions The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills deep knowledge of Indian accounting standards and a strategic mindset to support business growth and compliance Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP AR general ledger and tax compliance Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP and applicable regulations Lead month-end and year-end closing processes Manage statutory audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership for decision-making Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff Stay updated on changes in tax laws GST and other financial regulations in India Qualifications Skills B com M com CA inter ICWA inter MBA in Finance or Accounting Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role Solid knowledge of Indian taxation GST TDS Proficiency in accounting software Tally Prime and MS Excel Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 19 582 42 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
