Key Responsibilities 1 Sales Management Develop and implement monthly and annual sales targets for LPG domestic commercial and industrial segments Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with institutional and corporate clients Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies Plan and execute marketing campaigns dealer promotions and customer engagement programs 2 Operations Distribution Supervise daily gas cylinder distribution stock movement and refill scheduling Ensure smooth coordination between delivery staff warehouse and supply chain partners Maintain inventory accuracy manage shortages and ensure timely replenishment Oversee fleet management vehicles drivers and delivery routes 3 Customer Service Relationship Management Handle customer queries complaints and service issues effectively Ensure timely installation maintenance and refilling services Maintain long-term relationships with domestic and commercial customers 4 Compliance Safety Ensure adherence to all government oil company and safety regulations Conduct regular safety checks audits and staff training on LPG handling and delivery Maintain proper documentation licenses and statutory reports 5 Team Management Supervise and motivate the sales and operational staff Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions Foster teamwork and ensure smooth coordination between departments 6 Reporting Analysis Prepare daily weekly and monthly MIS reports for management Analyze operational efficiency sales trends and customer satisfaction metrics Recommend process improvements for better productivity and profitability Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
