We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative fresher to join our US Timesheet Account receivable accounts payable Operations team The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating timesheet submissions and approvals for our US-based clients and consultants Key Responsibilities Track and monitor timesheet submissions of US consultants on a weekly basis Follow up with consultants and clients for timely timesheet approvals via email or phone Maintain accurate records of time entries and ensure data integrity Escalate any discrepancies or delays to the appropriate account managers or payroll teams Support payroll processing by providing validated time data to the finance team Assist in generating timesheet compliance reports as needed Communicate professionally with US-based consultants and clients via email and calls Coordinate with internal departments like HR recruitment and finance to resolve timesheet-related queries Required Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills fluent in English Basic understanding of finance accounting or payroll processes Proficiency in MS Excel Outlook and other office tools Attention to detail and good organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Comfortable with night shift timings and working in a US-based environment Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in commerce Finance Business Administration or related field MBA in Finance or HR preferred but not mandatory Compensation Benefits Health insurance and provident fund Commuter assistance cab or fuel reimbursement 5-day work week Saturday and Sunday off Professional growth and training opportunities Ideal for Fresh graduates looking to build a career in US back-office operations or finance support Candidates with BPO or international process exposure Applicants with strong interpersonal and follow-up skills Job Type Full-time Pay 12 135 19 - 17 500 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
