Department Nursing Reports To Nursing In-charge Nursing Superintendent Job Summary The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing protected compassionate and efficient nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital protocols nursing standards and medical guidelines The role requires working in rotational shifts morning evening and night to ensure 24x7 patient care services Key Responsibilities Provide bedside nursing care monitor patient vitals and administer medications Assist doctors during rounds procedures and emergency interventions Ensure proper documentation of nursing care patient records and reports Follow infection control sterilization and safety protocols Educate patients and attendants on treatment discharge care and follow-up Handle emergencies and critical patient care with prompt response Maintain stock of medicines consumables and equipment in the ward Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and support smooth ward operations Qualifications Education GNM General Nursing and Midwifery B Sc Nursing M Sc Nursing Valid Registration with the State Nursing Council Experience 0-3 years Freshers may apply prior hospital clinical experience preferred Skills Competencies Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies Compassionate empathetic and service-oriented Team player with adaptability to shift duties Work Schedule Rotational Shifts Morning Evening Night including weekends holidays Salary As per hospital policy Market standards Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
