Key Responsibilities Oversee franchisee acquisition and development ensuring compliance with H3 Preschool policies including sales marketing and quality management standards Drive lead development and franchise sales for H3 Pre-school as well as sampling across the entire state of Gujarat Assist franchise centers in identifying suitable premises designing the school according to H3 standards and supporting staff recruitment training school launches and promotional activities Manage and nurture franchise centers within the state ensuring effective operations and the optimal performance of employees Promote the brand image through media advertisements and identify and appoint current business partners to drive sales growth Monitor market trends and changes strategizing on how to capitalize on evolving scenarios in line with sales projections and budgetary targets Report directly to the Zonal Manager Head Office - Ahmedabad Job Type Freelance Contract length 36 months Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
