Job Title Estimation Engineer - Interior Civil Works Location Cochin Type Full-time On-site VEDHA Architects Group anarchitectural and turnkey execution studio working on showrooms offices residences and resorts We focus on end-to-end design execution ensuring quality creativity and timely delivery Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Estimation Engineer who can prepare cost estimates BOQs and rate analyses for interior and civil projects This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small rapid-paced team and wants to grow with us What You ll Do Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for interiors and civil works Do rate analysis for materials labor and subcontractor works Support the design team by checking drawings and specs for cost implications Track vendor rates material costs and market updates Coordinate with project site teams to update estimates during execution Suggest cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality What We re Looking For Diploma B E in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying 2-4 years of experience in interiors civil estimation freshers with solid skills may also apply Good knowledge of Excel AutoCAD and basic estimation tools Practical understanding of local materials vendors and labor rates Ability to multitask in a lean team environment A proactive detail-oriented mindset Nice to Have Experience in showroom office interiors Knowledge of turnkey workflows Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
