- Sr Project Engineer Civil Interiors Company SPAR TECHNOVET PRIVATE LIMITED Location Anangpur Village Faridabad Haryana Project Sites as assigned Department Projects - Civil Interiors Position Sr Project Engineer - Civil Interiors Type Full-time In office Site-based About SPAR Technovet Pvt Ltd SPAR Technovet is a turnkey design and execution company specializing in high-end residential retail and commercial projects With in-house capabilities across design manufacturing and site execution we deliver bespoke and large-scale interior fit-out solutions meeting global quality standards Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer Civil Interiors to lead site execution works for civil and interior fit-out projects The role requires strong knowledge of civil works finishes interior detailing project coordination and site management The candidate will act as a bridge between design manufacturing vendors contractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and with uncompromised quality Key Responsibilities Plan monitor and execute civil and interior works as per project drawings and specifications Supervise daily site activities and manage site engineers supervisors and contractors Coordinate with design team vendors consultants and client representatives Ensure adherence to quality safety and timeline standards at site Review and interpret construction drawings GFCs and shop drawings Oversee installation of civil finishes false ceilings flooring partitions furniture and MEP coordination Prepare and maintain project progress reports site documentation and checklists Verify contractor vendor bills and certify site measurements Identify risks delays and site-related challenges and implement corrective measures Support Project Manager in overall project planning and reporting Qualifications Skills B E B Tech in Civil Engineering mandatory 8 years of experience in civil and interior fit-out projects retail residential hospitality or corporate Strong knowledge of construction materials finishes and interior execution techniques Hands-on experience in site supervision vendor management and contractor handling Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project Primavera and MS Office Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple projects sites simultaneously Preferred Background Experience in turnkey interior contracting firms or project management consultancies Exposure to luxury retail or high-end residential interiors Knowledge of MEP integration within interior works What We Offer Opportunity to work on prestigious projects across retail hospitality and residential sectors Competitive salary and benefits based on experience Professional growth within a fast-growing turnkey solutions company Collaborative work culture with a focus on quality and innovation Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
