Job Summary The ICU Staff Nurse provides direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit They are responsible for monitoring assessing and managing patients with life-threatening conditions ensuring protected administration of medications and interventions and supporting patients and their families with compassion and professionalism Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with hospital policies and protocols Monitor vital signs ventilators IV infusions cardiac monitors and other critical equipment Administer medications IV fluids and treatments accurately and on time Assist with emergency procedures such as intubation resuscitation and code blue response Assess changes in patient condition promptly and communicate with physicians critical care team Maintain accurate and timely patient records including progress notes and reports Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed Provide emotional support and education to patients families regarding patient care and progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams doctors respiratory therapists dietitians etc for holistic care Participate in continuous learning training and quality improvement initiatives Job Type Permanent Pay Up to 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s day scholar or hostel Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience 6years 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
