Job Title Videographer Video Editor Company BIG Socials Location Kochi Kerala On-site Employment Type Full-time Salary INR 20 000 - 25 000 per month About BIG Socials BIG Socials is a dynamic and rapidly growing personal branding agency dedicated to empowering individuals to build a strong and authentic online presence We work with a diverse range of clients helping them craft compelling narratives and visuals that resonate with their target audience We believe in the power of visual storytelling and are looking for a talented individual to join our creative team Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Videographer Video Editor to join our team on a full-time on-site basis The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage and transforming it into engaging and impactful content for our clients personal brands This role requires a strong eye for aesthetics technical proficiency in videography and editing and a creative approach to storytelling Responsibilities Videography Plan shoot and light video content for various personal branding needs including interviews behind-the-scenes footage promotional videos and social media content Operate video cameras audio equipment and lighting gear effectively to achieve desired visual and sound quality Ensure proper framing composition and focus during shoots Collaborate with clients and the BIG Socials team to understand project requirements and creative vision Manage and organize raw footage efficiently Video Editing Edit raw footage into polished compelling and brand-aligned videos using industry-standard software e g Adobe Premiere Pro After effects DaVinci Resolve Incorporate motion graphics titles lower thirds and other visual elements to enhance videos Select and mix appropriate music sound effects and voiceovers Ensure consistency in brand messaging style and tone across all video content Color grade and correct footage to achieve optimal visual appeal Optimize videos for various platforms e g YouTube Instagram LinkedIn websites Manage video archives and ensure proper file organization General Stay up-to-date with current video trends techniques and technologies Maintain and troubleshoot videography and editing equipment Work collaboratively with the BIG Socials team to deliver high-quality results within deadlines Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance video production Requirements Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor preferably within a branding marketing or agency environment Must own and be proficient with their own professional-grade camera equipment e g DSLR mirrorless or cinema camera capable of shooting high-quality video Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video production and editing skills Expert proficiency in video editing software e g Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software is a plus Solid understanding of video production workflows from pre-production to post-production Excellent understanding of lighting techniques audio recording and visual storytelling Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Enthusiasm for personal branding and a desire to help clients succeed To Apply Please submit your resume along with a link to your portfolio showreel demonstrating your videography and video editing skills to email address Applications without a portfolio will not be considered Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location In person
