Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the company s staffing needs while ensuring a smooth candidate experience Key Responsibilities Understand hiring requirements from department heads and management Create and post job descriptions on job portals social media and internal platforms Source candidates through databases networking employee referrals and other channels Screen resumes conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist qualified candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracking sheets Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive employer brand Maintain recruitment metrics time-to-hire cost-per-hire etc and prepare regular reports Stay updated with industry trends salary benchmarks and recruitment best practices Key Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals Naukri Indeed LinkedIn Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role Experience in bulk hiring blue-collar recruitment Work Timing 10 00 AM to 8 00 PM Monday to Saturday Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month
