Performing test case execution to validate the functionality performance and security of IAM systems and applications This involves manual testing as well as using test automation tools where applicable o Identifying and documenting software defects tracking their status and working with development teams to ensure timely resolution o Configuring and maintaining the necessary test environments including servers databases network configurations and user roles to simulate real-world scenarios o Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers business analysts and Systems or similar experience o Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify analyze and resolve complex issues encountered during IDM testing Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions o Understanding of identity management concepts and principles including user provisioning user lifecycle management role-based access control RBAC identity synchronization and password management o Ability to develop comprehensive test strategies test plans and test cases specifically tailored for IDM systems Proficiency in test estimation risk assessment and prioritization o Experience and knowledge of various testing techniques such as functional testing integration testing performance testing and security testing o Sound experience in analyzing logs effectively troubleshooting and debugging issues in IDM systems o Strong communication skills to effectively communicate testing progress issues and recommendations to different stakeholders Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers business analysts and project managers to ensure alignment and understanding o Experience with identity management applications such as midPoint or similar o Knowledge of agile development processes and tools such as JIRA Git and GitLab CI o Familiarity with modern infrastructure i e Kubernetes and container technologies o Fluent
