360Future Academy an initiative of 360Medicare is committed to empowering individuals with global language proficiency and career-ready skills As we expand our training programs we are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Language Trainer to join our team and lead language instruction with excellence Role Overview As a Senior Language Trainer you will be responsible for delivering high-quality language instruction designing curriculum enhancements and mentoring junior trainers Your expertise will directly contribute to helping students achieve certifications such as A1-B2 levels and prepare for international opportunities Key Responsibilities Conduct engaging and structured language training sessions online and or classroom Train learners for international certifications e g Goethe TELC IELTS etc Develop lesson plans exercises and assessments in line with CEFR levels Guide and mentor junior trainers and academic coordinators Track learner progress and implement improvement plans Provide language coaching tailored to qualified and industry-specific needs e g nursing engineering etc Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Language Linguistics Education or related field Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience preferably in adult language training Certification in the language being taught e g Goethe-Zertifikat B2 C1 CELTA DELF etc Strong communication classroom management and interpersonal skills Experience with digital tools and online teaching platforms is an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
