Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities Plan schedule and prioritize workloads to meet targets Ensure compliance with safety health and environmental standards Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed Train guide and motivate production staff Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards Track and report production performance output downtime waste efficiency Collaborate with other departments maintenance quality logistics HR for smooth operations Resolve production issues and recommend process improvements Maintain discipline and enforce company policies on the shop floor Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or diploma in Engineering Production Industrial Management preferred Proven experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing production Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of lean manufacturing 5S or other process improvement methods is an advantage Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Familiarity with ERP software for production planning is desirable Job Type Full-time Pay 25 970 35 - 30 073 10 per month Advantages Health insurance Work Location In person
