About Us PureSun Energies is a fast-growing solar EPC company dedicated to delivering high-quality sustainable solar energy solutions We specialize in end-to-end solar projects from design to commissioning and are looking for passionate professionals to join our team Role Overview We are seeking a Solar Project Engineer who will be responsible for planning designing executing and monitoring solar power projects The candidate will work closely with our design procurement and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and at the highest quality standards Key Responsibilities Design and engineering of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems Prepare technical drawings SLDs and project documentation Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for equipment selection Supervise installation and commissioning activities at project sites Ensure compliance with MNRE DISCOM and other regulatory requirements Monitor project progress quality and safety standards Provide technical support to sales and business development teams Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Electrical Mechanical Renewable Energy Engineering Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply 1-3 years of relevant experience in solar PV projects EPC preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD PVsyst MS Office Excel PowerPoint Strong understanding of electrical design load calculations and solar plant design principles Excellent communication and project management skills Willingness to travel to project sites What We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunity to work on impactful solar projects Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding renewable energy company Supportive team culture focused on innovation and sustainability Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
