Main job Location Hyderabad Working Mode Fulltime Timings 9 00 AM -6 30 PM Mon to Fri Package Negotiable Qualification B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering M Tech preferred Exposure to automotive robotics aerospace or industrial automation is an advantage Experience 3-5 years experience in servo gears design Role Overview We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in servo mechanisms and gear design The role involves designing analyzing and developing precision components and assemblies used in motion control systems Key Responsibilities Design and develop servo systems gear trains and transmission assemblies Perform load calculations stress analysis and life estimation of gears shafts and bearings Create 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings using SolidWorks Conduct FEA and dynamic simulations for rotating and high-speed components Collaborate with electrical and controls teams to integrate servo and gear designs Support prototype development testing and validation activities Coordinate with vendors on material selection manufacturability and process feasibility Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards AGMA ISO DIN ASME Skills Required Strong knowledge of servo systems rotary actuators and motion control principles Expertise in gear design spur helical bevel planetary Proficiency in CAD tools SolidWorks Hands-on experience with FEA CAE tools ANSYS Abaqus Solid understanding of GD T tolerance stack-up and precision engineering practices Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as gear cutting CNC machining and heat treatment Minimum Service 12 Months Service Job Types Full-time Permanent Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
