Position- Safety Officer Experience 1 yr to 4yrs Qualification Diploma Bachelor s Degree with experience in relevant field OR Equivalent Satisfactory work experience in relevant field Location MIDC Bhosari Pune Ensure that proper measures are taken for the safety of the people at sites Conduct Daily toolbox Meeting Conduct Induction Training for new Employees Involved in developing the safety programs and implementing them in order to ensure safety at work Conduct Site safety meeting Conduct risk assessment Site inspection accident incident investigation Prepare safety plans and implement the same for safety purpose To assess the risk factor while working with different materials and prepare safety plans accordingly Attend Client safety meetings Maintain safety performance data To look for ways to avoid any kind of accidents while performing work Train labour for avoiding hazards and accidents while at work Safety Officer also needs to ensure the safety and security of the people employed at fabrication yard dealing with the manufacturing of the material Handling emergency situations at sites and also impart the same to the workers Ensure that the equipment s and material being used are of good quality and do not cause any harm Desired profile of the candidate -Good Knowledge of Excel and Word MS Office -Good Communication Shall able to explain justify Training of Safety to the client Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
