Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Soft Skills Trainer to prepare college students for successful careers by enhancing their communication interpersonal and professional skills The trainer will play a vital role in equipping students with the confidence and competencies needed for campus placements internships group discussions interviews and corporate life Key Responsibilities Design and deliver structured training sessions on soft skills including Communication verbal written Presentation skills Interview skills Resume building Group discussions Leadership teamwork Time management goal setting Confidence building public speaking Emotional intelligence and workplace etiquette Conduct mock interviews GDs and assessments to simulate placement scenarios Customize training programs based on department needs Engineering Management Arts etc Collaborate with faculty and placement officers to align training with industry expectations Track student progress and provide individual feedback or coaching when needed Assist in organizing career development workshops seminars and guest lectures Stay up to date with industry trends hiring processes and soft skills requirements Support the Training Placement Cell during campus recruitment drives Required Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in English HR Communication Education or related fields 1-5 years of experience as a soft skills trainer preferably in an academic or youth-focused workplace Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Strong facilitation and classroom management abilities Familiarity with virtual training platforms Zoom Google Meet etc and MS Office tools Preferred Qualifications Certification in soft skills training communication or behavioral training e g Train the Trainer NLP etc Experience working with college students or young adults Ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of learners Job Type Full-time Pay 28 000 00 - 31 000 00 per month Work Location In person
