Job Title DCS Operator Industry Manufacturing Oil Gas Chemical Power Location Specify location e g Khopoli Salary Specify if known Experience Minimum 2-5 Years as a DCS Operator Education Diploma B E in Chemical Mechanical or relevant field Role Overview The DCS Operator will be responsible for monitoring controlling and optimizing plant operations through the Distributed Control System DCS The role ensures protected efficient and continuous plant performance while adhering to safety and operational standards Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor plant processes through the DCS system Ensure efficient and safe plant operation as per standard operating procedures Maintain continuous communication with field operators and shift supervisors Analyze alarms and take immediate corrective actions Monitor process parameters and adjust controls to maintain product quality Log operating parameters events and abnormalities in the shift logbook Support maintenance teams during shutdowns and startups Participate in safety drills audits and housekeeping activities Requirements Minimum 2-5 years of experience operating DCS in a process industry Oil Gas Chemical Power or Manufacturing Sound understanding of process control systems and instrumentation Good analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong awareness of safety standards and emergency procedures Willingness to work in shifts Job Type Permanent Pay 23 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience DCS Operator 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
