Job Summary We are looking for experienced Factory Compliance Officers to join our FCS Factory Compliance Services vertical at Hazira The role requires ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance related to labor laws safety and factory operations as per government norms Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws factory acts and environmental regulations Maintain statutory records registers and returns as per legal requirements Conduct periodic internal audits and inspections for compliance readiness Coordinate with government authorities for inspections renewals and compliance certifications Handle contract labor compliance and vendor documentation verification Maintain updated knowledge of changes in labor laws and implement necessary actions Prepare and submit MIS reports related to compliance to management Support in handling employee grievances related to statutory benefits and legal compliance Required Skills Qualifications Education Graduate preferably in Law HR Compliance Minimum 3 years of experience in Factory Compliance Statutory Compliance IR functions Good knowledge of Factories Act Contract Labor Act Minimum Wages Act PF ESIC and other labor laws Solid documentation and reporting skills Proficient in MS Office Excel Word Ability to liaise with government authorities and handle audits Other Details Working Days 5 days Job Type Full-time On-site at Hazira Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 400 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
