Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Team and Operations Coordinator to manage our mapping and survey teams The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations team coordination and timely delivery of mapping projects Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day operations of the mapping team Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time deliverables Communicate with internal departments to align resources and execution Track field team deployment logistics and equipment allocation Identify project bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues Maintain project documentation and reports Ensure SOP adherence and data quality compliance Requirements Proven experience in operations or team coordination preferably in the GIS or surveying domain Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Knowledge of GIS Survey workflow is a plus Bachelor s degree in any field Engineering Geography Management preferred Job Type Full time Pay 6 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Benefits Work from home Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Shift availability Day Shift Required Work Location Remote
