Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions and needs through observation interviews and physical examinations Develop individualized nursing care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor record and report symptoms and changes in patient conditions Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care Educate patients and families on health maintenance disease prevention and post-hospital care Ensure proper documentation in patient records and compliance with hospital policies Maintain a clean safe and therapeutic environment for patients Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving care when necessary Adhere to infection control and patient safety standards Qualifications Education Associate s or Bachelor s Degree in Nursing BSN preferred Licensure Current Registered Nurse RN license in State Certifications BLS required ACLS PALS or other specialty certifications preferred Experience 1-2 years preferred or specify New graduates welcome Skills Excellent clinical communication and critical-thinking skills ability to work under pressure Working Conditions May require long periods of standing lifting patients and working irregular hours Exposure to bodily fluids infectious diseases and medical equipment hazard Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Experience Patient assessment 2 years Required Emergency response 2 years Required Equipment handling 2 years Required Work Location In person
