Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and responsible fresher to join our team as a Construction Site Supervisor The role involves assisting in supervising day-to-day construction activities ensuring quality safety and timely execution of plastering structural interior and exterior works Key Responsibilities Supervise on-site execution of Plastering work Structural work Interior finishing Exterior elevation and finishing Monitor labor performance attendances and contractor progress Coordinate with vendors and site workers Track materials usage and ensure no wastage Maintain site reports measurements and daily logs Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed Report delays or issues to the management Requirements A degree in Civil Structural or Architectural Engineering or the RELATED field Willingness to learn Good communication and documentation skills Ability to be present full-time on-site Basic knowledge of construction practices is a plus Job Types Full time Fresher Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 8 932 02 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
