Job Summary As a Recruitment Intern you will support the recruitment team in various activities related to attracting evaluating and hiring talent You will gain exposure to the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to assisting with the interview process and contribute to making the hiring process productive and effective Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms job boards social media company website Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and trackers to monitor the progress of open positions Assist with candidate communication including scheduling interviews sending follow-up emails and providing updates Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals Opportunity to work on real-world projects and make a meaningful impact Exposure to various aspects of HR and recruitment Job Type Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 5 000 00 per month
