Job Requirements Job Title - Policy Manager Business Unit - Retail Banking Function - Business Intelligence Unit Central Operations Job Purpose The role bearer has the responsibility to prepare and implement policies for secured and unsecured products The role bearer is expected to provide training to underwriters in terms of new policies provided and ensuring its flawless execution The role bearer has to conduct monthly presentation to senior management about the health of the portfolio Roles Responsibilities Develop and implement of loan policies for secured unsecured products Make sure flawless system integration enhancements for implementation of policies Ensure proper training of underwriting units in terms of recent policies Managing of portfolio through monthly portfolio analysis Actively monitor and track net credit losses NCL for the product Conduct monthly presentation to senior management about the health of the portfolio Regularly update competition benchmarking to enhance the product suite Implement the learnings from portfolio management as policy actions Educational Qualifications Graduate - Any Post Graduate - Finance Experience Minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience in policy making
