Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Program Advisor who is fluent in Kannada to support our outreach enrollment and support services The ideal candidate will help bridge communication between the organization and Kannada-speaking participants providing guidance information and support throughout their journey with our programs Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Kannada-speaking participants Provide program information guidance and follow-up support via phone email or in-person Assist in enrolling participants into programs and ensure all documentation is completed accurately Translate key materials and communications into Kannada as needed Help design culturally relevant outreach strategies to increase program awareness and participation Collaborate with cross-functional teams education outreach administration to ensure participant needs are met Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM or other data systems Collect feedback and provide insights to improve program delivery for Kannada-speaking communities Attend relevant events meetings or community outreach activities Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 500 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
