Job Title Desktop Support Engineer Company A2 Digital - Business Growth Partners Location Pune Employment Type Full-time Experience Required 2 years About A2 Digital A2 Digital is a results-driven digital marketing and business growth partner agency serving small and mid-sized businesses both in India and globally We specialize in digital transformation lead generation and comprehensive marketing solutions We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Desktop Support Engineer to manage and maintain our organization s IT systems hardware and network infrastructure Role Overview The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of all devices maintaining IT security standards handling installations troubleshooting and regular maintenance of all technical equipment Key Responsibilities Maintain all IT hardware such as desktops laptops printers routers modems switches projectors and other peripherals Conduct regular checks servicing and preventive maintenance of devices to minimize downtime Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues in a timely manner Set up new devices configure systems and install software as per company needs Ensure data backups and implement cybersecurity protocols across devices Maintain inventory records of all IT equipment software licenses and warranties Liaise with external vendors for repairs AMC and procurement when required Monitor and maintain office internet LAN and Wi-Fi networks to ensure connectivity and performance Implement and enforce IT policies for secure usage of systems and devices Support the team during client presentations internal events or meetings involving technical setup Assist in planning and upgrading IT infrastructure in line with organizational growth Desired Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or diploma in Computer Science IT or a related field 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT support or infrastructure management Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and software installation Experience with Windows Mac OS and basic network configuration Familiarity with firewalls antivirus systems backup solutions and cybersecurity basics Valuable communication skills and ability to work independently Organized proactive and service-oriented mindset Recruiter Share your resume to recruiter2 a2digisolution com Ms Kranti Salve (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Shift Day shift Work Location In person
