Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are consistent with the company s overall mission and goals Manage the recruitment and selection process for all positions including job postings candidate screening interviewing and job offers Develop and maintain employee benefit programs including health insurance retirement plans and other benefits Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws regulations and requirements Manage employee relations issues including disputes grievances and performance management Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR systems are up-to-date and functioning properly Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement retention and productivity Perform other HR-related duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor s PG degree in Human Resources or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management preferably in a construction or related industry Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws regulations and requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization Demonstrated experience in recruitment employee relations benefits administration and training and development Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Ernakulam Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Master s Preferred Experience Payroll 1 year Required HR 3 years Required total work 5 years Required License Certification Professional in Human Resources Preferred Work Location In person
