Location Dombivli Maharashtra CTC 20k-25k per month We re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow brand presence across Instagram YouTube Facebook and LinkedIn In this role you will handle content planning publishing engagement and analytics playing a key part in driving audience connection and digital growth Responsibilities Plan and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and marketing objectives Collaborate with designers video editors and copywriters to develop content for posts reels stories and shorts Schedule and publish content daily across Instagram YouTube Community Facebook and LinkedIn Write engaging captions and calls-to-action that align with brand tone and campaign goals Monitor and respond to comments DMs and messages across all platforms in a timely manner Manage Telegram groups and WhatsApp broadcasts for community engagement Share engagement trends and audience insights with content and sales teams Track key performance metrics such as reach impressions shares and engagement rate Conduct A B testing on content formats posting times and copy to optimize performance Coordinate with the performance marketing team on content boosting and audience targeting Collaborate with internal teams to align content with funnels testimonials and launches Source content quotes and updates by working closely with educators and stakeholders Stay updated on platform trends algorithm changes and content formats Requirements Experience 1-2 years managing social media handles preferably in EdTech or finance-related domains Education Bachelor s degree in Mass Communication Marketing or a related field Skills Robust understanding of Instagram YouTube and their platform dynamics Tools Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic design or video editing software Communication Proficient in English and Hindi both written and verbal Preferred Skills Experience assisting or managing YouTube Lives or webinars Understanding of hashtags SEO for social content and CTA-based lead capture Interest in stock markets or finance-related topics Apply Now Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s What is your current CTC Work Location In person
