Qualification - Bsc In Nursing GNM MBA in Hospital Management with 3-5 Years of Experience Supervise daily operations of the operation theatre including scheduling and resource allocation Monitor and ensure strict adherence to sterilization and infection control practices Coordinate with surgical teams anesthesiologists and nursing staff for seamless workflow Maintain inventory of surgical instruments consumables and medical equipment Supervise OT technicians scrub nurses and other support staff allocate duties and manage shift rotations Ensure timely maintenance and functioning of OT equipment and machines Monitor staff performance conduct training and ensure continuous skill development Ensure proper documentation of surgical procedures incidents and OT logs Participate in audits inspections and accreditation NABH JCI compliance activities Handle emergency situations resolve conflicts and report incidents to higher authorities Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
