Role Overview
Aivar Innovations is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and strategic revenue growth across India. This is a hunting-first role — you will own your pipeline from prospecting to close, build C-suite relationships across enterprise accounts, and represent Aivar's AI, cloud, and data services in a market that is actively looking for what we build.

You will also manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, driving renewals, upsell, and cross-sell in partnership with delivery and solution teams. This is an industry-agnostic role spanning BFSI, manufacturing, retail, life sciences,



and technology sectors.

Location: Mumbai or Delhi (with travel across India)
Experience: 7–15 years

Key Responsibilities
- Own recent logo acquisition — build pipeline independently through outreach, network, and AWS co-sell motions;
do not wait for inbound.
- Manage a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial and relationship matters.
- Engage CXOs, CTOs, CDOs, and senior business leaders directly — build and maintain executive-level relationships that sustain and grow revenue.
- Develop deep account plans, revenue forecasts, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), aligning internal delivery and solution teams to agreed outcomes.
- Work closely with AWS and other strategic partner teams on joint opportunities and co-sell motions across the India market.
