Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Retail AP & Inventory Accounting Team Lead to lead a high-performing team responsible for Accounts Payable, Inventory Accounting, and Financial Controls activities.
NKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Inventory Accounting and Accounts Payable processes. N
- Oversee month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. N
- Manage inventory, AP, GR/IR, accrual, clearing account and balance sheet reconciliations. N
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards. N
- Investigate and resolvecomplex accounting discrepancies, aged balances, and reconciling items. N
- Drive process improvements, standardisation, automation, and operational excellence initiatives. N
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Field Accounting, and business stakeholders. N
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals. N




- Act as an escalation point for operational and stakeholder issues. N

NBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline
NStrong experience in:
