About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions at our hotel The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong company culture ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting all departments with effective and people-focused HR practices This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment and maintaining high employee engagement essential for delivering exceptional guest service Key Responsibilities Manage the full employee life cycle recruitment onboarding training performance management and offboarding Develop and implement HR policies procedures and systems aligned with the hotel s goals and industry standards Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hotel brand standards Lead workforce planning hiring initiatives and seasonal recruitment as needed Oversee payroll inputs employee records attendance and leave management Handle disciplinary matters conflict resolution and employee grievances Promote employee engagement through recognition programs wellness initiatives and team-building activities Organize regular staff training programs in coordination with department heads Conduct performance evaluations and guide department managers in handling appraisals and promotions Support compliance audits internal reviews and health safety programs Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a hotel or hospitality environment Deep understanding of labor laws employee relations and HR compliance Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems e g GreytHR Zoho People or HRMS platforms Ability to multitask handle confidential information and work under pressure Fluent in English regional languages a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Schedule Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
