We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Aquisition Manager to lead our hiring initiatives with a robust focus on BPO recruitment The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment with at least 2 years in BPO hiring and a proven track record of leading a team of 5-6 recruiters Key Responsibilities Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across functions with a strong emphasis on BPO hiring Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 recruiters ensuring performance productivity and recruitment targets are met Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning Implement sourcing strategies using job portals social media employee referrals and other innovative platforms Conduct regular team meetings performance reviews and training sessions to enhance recruiter effectiveness Manage the recruitment pipeline and maintain accurate reporting and dashboards Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Experience working with high-volume hiring environments Familiarity with HR tools and analytics platforms How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit resume to recruit eoutsource in Contact- (phone hidden) HR Mamta Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
