Job Title Senior Quality Control Engineer Experience 7 to 10 years Location Insert Location Department Quality Control Project Execution Reporting To Project Manager QA-QC Head Job Summary The Senior QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across all construction activities particularly for RCC-framed structures and finishing works The role involves inspections material testing documentation and ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards Key Responsibilities1 Site Quality Assurance Conduct regular site inspections for all structural RCC and finishing works to ensure conformance to design specifications and quality standards Monitor workmanship across all phases of construction from foundation to final finishing 2 Material Testing Inspection Perform and supervise testing of construction materials including concrete aggregates steel and finishing materials Inspect incoming materials for quality and specifications approve or reject materials as needed Coordinate with third-party testing agencies and maintain test reports 3 Documentation Compliance Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation such as checklists inspection reports test certificates and quality logs Ensure compliance with ISO standards project specifications and quality plans Maintain and manage document control for QC records 4 Drawing Review Issue Escalation Identify discrepancies or conflicts in drawings during execution and escalate issues to the relevant departments for resolution Provide technical inputs and support for resolving site issues 5 Coordination Reporting Coordinate with site execution planning and MEP teams to ensure smooth quality workflows Prepare daily weekly quality reports for internal and client review Attend site meetings and provide quality-related updates and risk assessments 6 Process Improvement Recommend and implement improvements in quality control processes Train site staff and subcontractors on quality standards and best practices Key Skills Requirements Robust knowledge of RCC structural works and finishing activities Hands-on experience with construction material testing and quality control procedures Thorough understanding of codes standards IS codes and project specifications Proficiency in quality documentation and reporting Attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and coordination abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
