Key Responsibilities 1 Manage and maintain ecommerce platforms including Shopify to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance 2 Create and manage product listings including product descriptions pricing and inventory management 3 Manage and maintain presence on various marketplaces such as Shopify Amazon Flipkart or eBay 4 Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic sales and brand awareness 5 Analyze sales performance website analytics and market trends to inform business decisions 6 Ensure excellent customer service responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly 7 Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activity and customer preferences Requirements 1 Proven experience in managing Shopify platforms including theme customization app integration and payment gateway setup 2 Marketplace Knowledge Strong understanding of various marketplaces including Shopify Amazon Flipkart or eBay and their respective policies fees and requirements 3 Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce with a focus on platform management digital marketing and sales growth 4 Solid analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data website analytics and market trends 5 Excellent communication and customer service skills 6 Understanding of search engine optimization SEO principles and how to apply them to ecommerce platforms 7 Experience with data analysis tools Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Excel to analyze sales performance and market trends Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
