Hiring for a Client in Mumbai Dy Manager Manager - Procurement MEP 1 To be involved in finalization of MEP Packages Should have techno-commercial knowledge on the following packages items - a Low Side Electrical Package including direct procurement of high side Electrical items DG Transformer Panels etc b Low side HVAC packages including direct procurement of high side HVAC items Chillers AHU Pumps Cooling Tower c Fire Fighting Plumbing Packages d Low Voltage ELV Packages like FA PA Access Control BMS Security IT Packages 2 To be responsible for the evaluation selection of Vendors Rates negotiation 2 Working in ERP SAP 3 To issue RFQ Tenders Techno-commercial evaluation negotiations 4 Responsible for drafting review and finalization of agreements with Suppliers Employers Consulting agencies Main Contract Agreements Sub contractor agreements etc that are related to Engineering Projects having good drafting skills 5 Preparation of Management s approval proposals 6 Preparation of various MIS Reports 7 To ensure minimum lead time for delivery of materials at site 8 Coordindate and valuable working relationship with Project Design and all stakeholders 9 Adherence to Procurement time-line Graduate 10 Years experince in Procurement of Civil MEP in Construction Real Estate Industry Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 per month
