Job Title Senior Site Engineer Company AJ Architects Location Thalassery Kerala Job Type Full-time Experience Required 6 years in construction site management or architectural project execution Job Summary AJ Architects a leading architectural and design firm based in Thalassery is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Site Engineer to oversee the execution of architectural projects in office The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery quality control and coordination with consultants contractors and clients Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for architectural projects Interpret architectural and structural drawings and ensure adherence during execution Coordinate with the design team to resolve any discrepancies in drawings and site conditions Monitor work progress quality safety compliance and adherence to project timelines Liaise with contractors vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow Prepare and review site reports BOQs work schedules and material requirement plans Conduct regular site meetings with internal and external stakeholders Ensure implementation of health safety and environmental policies on site Provide technical input and solutions for construction challenges on-site Maintain updated documentation and reports for internal and client use Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural construction project sites Strong knowledge of construction methodologies materials and regulations Proficiency in interpreting architectural structural drawings and technical specifications Hands-on experience in managing site activities and coordination Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus Excellent communication leadership and team management skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Preferred Experience with high-end residential or commercial architecture projects Malayalam and English fluency for communication with clients and site labor Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
