Location Anna Silai Coimbatore Experience 1-2 Years Preferred Job Overview As a Brand Designer you will play a key role in designing and developing brand identities from logos to complete brand systems for clients across different industries You will work closely with the creative team to craft unique and visually striking designs that align with the brand s vision and business objectives The ideal candidate is someone with a strong foundation in design a passion for branding and the ability to execute creative ideas while keeping the client s goals at the forefront Key Responsibilities Design and develop brand identities including logos color palettes typography and brand guidelines Create marketing collateral such as brochures business cards social media assets and digital ads that align with the brand s identity Collaborate with creative directors strategists and other team members to execute design concepts Ensure all branding materials are consistent across various platforms and media Work with clients to understand their brand vision and translate that into compelling visual designs Present design concepts and rationale to clients incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends techniques and industry best practices Help create and manage design systems that ensure consistency across all brand assets Assist with ongoing design revisions and adaptations for different marketing channels Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Requirements 1-2 years of experience as a brand designer graphic designer or a similar role within a branding or creative agency Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator Photoshop InDesign A solid understanding of design principles such as typography color theory and composition Experience in creating and developing brand guidelines and brand systems Strong attention to detail and an eye for creating cohesive visually appealing designs Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients Solid communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts A portfolio showcasing branding projects including logos collateral and any other brand identity work Preferred Skills Experience with UI UX design or web design Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools e g After Effects Knowledge of print production processes and digital design standards Ability to take creative direction and adapt to varying client needs and brand styles Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
