A Kochi based IT company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by creating and managing databases for telecalling making outbound calls and maintaining accurate and detailed records in our CRM tool Database Creation Develop and maintain a comprehensive database for telecalling activities lead Generatiom Identify and compile relevant information to build a targeted and effective database Regularly update and cleanse the database to ensure accuracy Telecalling Conduct outbound calls to both existing and new databases to promote our products services Effectively communicate product features benefits and value propositions to potential customers Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional and engaging communication CRM Reporting Utilize CRM tools to document and track all customer interactions and sales activities Generate regular reports on call performance lead conversion and other key metrics Ensure the CRM is up-to-date with accurate and relevant information Sales Support Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in achieving sales targets Work closely with marketing to align telecalling efforts with ongoing campaigns Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product service improvements Qualifications Robust proficiency in creating and managing databases for telecalling activities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to generate and analyze reports Education and Experience Min 1 yr exp in IT SALES CLOUD SOFTWARE SALES Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s DO YOU HAVE MIN 1 YR EXP IN IT SALES CLOUD SALES DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COLD CALLING LEAD GENERATION DO YOU HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS Work Location In person
