Job Requirements About the Role The Threat and Exploitation Analyst plays a critical role in identifying and assessing the capabilities and activities of cybercriminals and foreign intelligence entities The role involves producing intelligence findings to support law enforcement and counterintelligence efforts analyzing collected data to uncover vulnerabilities and helping shape the organization s cybersecurity posture The analyst will work in a dynamic fast-paced environment collaborating with internal and external experts to deliver high-quality intelligence products Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Identify and assess threats posed by cybercriminals and foreign intelligence entities Produce intelligence findings to support law enforcement and counterintelligence investigations Analyze collected information to identify vulnerabilities and potential exploitation risks Communicate complex information confidently and clearly through verbal written and visual formats Accurately source all data used in intelligence assessments and planning products Formulate well-defined research questions and tracking variables for intelligence inquiries Develop or recommend analytical approaches to address incomplete or unprecedented information Evaluate information for reliability validity and relevance Synthesize large volumes of fragmented or contradictory data into high-quality intelligence products Focus research efforts to meet decision-making needs of stakeholders Identify intelligence gaps and recommend strategies to address them Recognize and mitigate cognitive biases and deception in reporting and analysis Think critically and adopt the mindset of threat actors to anticipate potential risks Utilize multiple intelligence sources across all intelligence disciplines Secondary Responsibilities Collaborate effectively via virtual teams and maintain continuous consultation with internal and external experts Function efficiently in a dynamic fast-paced and collaborative environment What We Are Looking For Education Graduation Bachelor s degree in Commerce B Com Science B Sc Arts BA Business Insurance BBI or Management Studies BMS Post-Graduation Master s degree in Business Administration MBA Commerce M Com or Arts MA Experience Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in threat analysis cybersecurity intelligence or related domains Skills and Attributes Robust analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to interpret and synthesize complex data into actionable intelligence Excellent communication skills verbal written and visual Proficiency in identifying and mitigating biases and deception in analysis Experience in working with intelligence tools and data sources Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats and exploitation tactics Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving environments
