Roles Responsibilities 1 Cost Estimation Budgeting - Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects - Monitor budgets and control project costs 2 BOQ Preparation - Prepare Bill of Quantities BOQ based on drawings and specifications - Ensure accurate quantity take-offs and measurement 3 Tendering Procurement - Assist in preparing tender documents and evaluation - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for quotations 4 Cost Control Reporting - Track project expenses and maintain cost reports - Identify variations and prepare change orders 5 Billing Invoicing - Prepare and verify subcontractor bills and client invoices - Ensure timely submission and follow-up 6 Site Coordination - Conduct site visits for measurement verification - Coordinate with the project and design team 7 Contract Management - Assist in contract administration and compliance 8 Final Accounts Closure - Prepare final accounts and support project close-out activities Skills Required - Strong knowledge of interior materials finishes rates - Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and estimation tools - Analytical detail-oriented and valuable negotiation skills - Experience in fit-out or construction industry preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 5 500 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
