The Electrical Head will lead the electrical design development and machine integration activities This role requires strong leadership hands-on technical expertise and deep knowledge of electrical systems automation and industrial standards Technical Skills Solid knowledge of electrical engineering machine wiring and panel design Expertise in PLCs HMIs SCADA servo drives sensors and industrial automation Proficiency in electrical CAD tools AutoCAD Electrical EPLAN In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical and safety standards Soft Skills Team leadership and people management Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Good communication and inter-department coordination Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines Willingness to Travel Mandatory Must be willing to travel to customer sites across India when required Travel may be needed for machine installations troubleshooting audits and technical support Travel frequency will depend on project and service requirements Qualification BE B Tech - Electrical Engineering or Electrical Electronics Engineering Certification in Industrial Automation is an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Electrical engineering 8 years Required Language Hindi Required Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
