Senior Accounts ManagerPosition Summary The Senior Accounts Manager will oversee end-to-end accounting operations statutory compliance payroll and reporting The role requires strong technical knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax PF ESIC and hands-on expertise in Excel along with leadership capability to manage and guide the accounts team efficiently Key Responsibilities1 Accounting Record Management Maintain accurate accounting records adhering to accounting standards Oversee daily accounting operations including AP AR GL bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny Ensure proper documentation and timely recording of financial transactions 2 GST TDS Compliance Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B annual returns Manage TDS deduction deposit and filing of quarterly TDS returns Ensure compliance with all indirect and direct tax regulations 3 Income Tax PF ESIC Assist in preparation of corporate income tax workings and compliances Manage PF ESIC monthly filings and ensure accurate statutory deductions Coordinate with consultants and auditors for compliance and assessments 4 Payroll Processing Handle end-to-end payroll processing including attendance salary structure statutory deductions and final payouts Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursement management 5 MIS Reporting Prepare monthly MIS reports financial summaries variance analysis and management dashboards Provide insights for decision-making and support the finance head with accurate and timely reports 6 Excel Analytical Skills Demonstrate excellent command of MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables MIS Templates Formulas Automate reports to improve efficiency and accuracy 7 Team Leadership Lead guide and mentor the accounts team Allocate tasks monitor performance and ensure timely completion of responsibilities Foster a positive and productive team environment Qualifications Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance 6-10 years of experience in accounting and compliance Strong experience in GST TDS Income Tax PF ESIC and payroll Hands-on experience with accounting ERP software Tally SAP etc Advanced Excel proficiency is a must Prior team-leading experience preferred Key Skills Accounting Compliance Expertise GST TDS Income Tax Knowledge Payroll Processing MS Excel Advanced MIS Reporting Team Leadership Attention to Detail Strong Communication Problem-Solving Job Type Full time Pay 17 707 09 - 42 085 57 per month Work Location In person
