Primary Responsibilities Add and map recent medical equipment with 100 accuracy in the equipment database Attend service calls and perform installation preventive maintenance and repair of biomedical equipment Raise purchase indents for required spare parts and ensure optimal spare consumption Maintain service records submit daily weekly reports and update activities in the service application Provide training to end users clinical staff and junior biomedical engineers Escalate unresolved field issues as per the escalation matrix Build strong customer relationships and work towards receiving appreciation letters Maintain complete service history including pending calls and indents raised Preferred Education Diploma BE in Engineering Biomedical Electronics or any electronics-based discipline Experience Required Minimum 5 years of field experience in medical devices Minimum 5 years experience in Biomedical Multispecialty Hospital Contact Number -(phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Work Location In person
