Dear Candidate We are hiring Accounts Executive OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE - Managing and maintaining financial records including general ledger accounts and financial statements Reviewing and processing vendor invoices with an accurate booking of TDS GST in Tally Preparing and reviewing annual quarterly budgets forecasts and financial reports ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare and present statements such as balance sheets income and cash flow Verifying goods received against initial orders and invoices before finalizing payment and updating inventory records Ensure procurement and accounts payable tasks including creating and processing purchase orders tracking deliveries verifying invoices against orders and processing payments To involve maintaining accurate financial records reconciling accounts and collaborating with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate transactions and deliveries Perform monthly quarterly and annual financial closing activities Ensure that the organisation complies with all financial regulations including tax laws accounting standards and reporting requirements in India Collaborate and consult with stakeholders throughout the enterprise Evaluate and reconcile diverse financial operations inspect and confirm source documents including invoices and expense vouchers to affirm commitments and post suitable records Participate in reviewing necessary procedures including expenses payroll records and so on Help senior accountants with other kinds of accounting operations REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - A bachelor s or master s degree in accounting finance or a related field Additional certification CPA or CMA is a plus Experience with general ledger functions Solid attention to detail and good analytical skills Hands-on experience with accounting software Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables Experience 2yrs Salary Based on Performance Experience Preferred Industry Food Industry Any FMCG Job Location Annur Note Immediate Joiner preferred Female candidate will be preferred If you are interested Kindly share your updated Resume HR Department 91 97914 53999 (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
