CL Micromed is inviting applications for the position of CSSD Manager immediately for our Jammu location About Company About company- CL Micromed Pvt Ltd is a Clinical Laboratory Diagnostic Company active in the Indian Market for more then 37 years With rock solid foundation highly skilled professional team and very strong emphasis on after-sales service support CL Micromed has a wide network of dealers distributors and channel partners all over the country for very focused and extensive market penetration Offices at all the metros and sub-metro cities Position Details Position CSSD Manager Location Jammu Experience 5-8 Years Education Any Graduate with CSSD OT Diploma Certificates Salary Best in the Industry Notice Period Immediate to 15 Days - CSSD Manager Role Overview The CSSD Manager will oversee all activities related to the cleaning disinfection sterilization and distribution of medical and surgical instruments The role ensures compliance with sterilization standards supports clinical departments and maintains effective workflow within the Central Sterile Services Department Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the CSSD ensuring timely processing and delivery of sterilized instruments Supervise and train CSSD staff create duty rosters and monitor performance Ensure compliance with sterilization protocols infection control standards and hospital policies Oversee decontamination packaging sterilization autoclave plasma ETO and storage processes Maintain accurate sterilization records logs and quality documentation Coordinate equipment maintenance calibration and troubleshooting with technical teams Monitor inventory of CSSD supplies and instruments ensuring optimal stock levels Work closely with OR ICU and other departments to meet instrument needs effectively Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement Promote a safe working environment and adherence to regulatory guidelines Required Skills Qualifications Graduate in any discipline with CSSD OT Dilpoma certifications preferred 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in CSSD operations with supervisory or managerial exposure Solid knowledge of sterilization processes infection control and medical instrument handling Excellent communication leadership and team-management skills Ability to manage high-pressure situations and deliver consistent results Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 550 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
